These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from Side Note Store. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, materials, dimensions and other product information as accurately as possible.

However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device, lighting conditions and photography.

Some products may also have minor variations in colour, texture, stitching, print placement or finish as a result of the materials or manufacturing process. Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a damaged or incorrect product.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on Side Note Store are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed on the product page or during checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions and discounts at any time before an order is placed.

4. Orders

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

This includes checking:

  • Product selected
  • Colour or variation
  • Quantity
  • Customer name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Shipping address

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned or exchanged except where otherwise required under applicable law or where you have received an incorrect or damaged product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel an order from our side where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • The product becomes unavailable
  • Payment cannot be verified
  • There has been an obvious pricing or technical error
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
  • The delivery address is not serviceable

If Side Note Store cancels a prepaid order, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed through PayU.

Depending on the options available at checkout, PayU may enable payment through supported methods such as UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking or other payment options.

Payment processing is also subject to the terms and policies of PayU and the customer's relevant bank or payment provider. PayU operates payment services for merchants in India.

Side Note Store does not generally receive or store your complete card or banking credentials.

6. Payment Confirmation

An order will be considered successfully placed once payment and order confirmation have been received by our website.

If an amount has been deducted but you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us with the transaction details so that we can investigate the payment.

7. No Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Please ensure that all product and delivery information is correct before completing checkout.

Side Note Store may cancel an order from its side in exceptional circumstances as described in these Terms.

8. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.

Side Note Store does not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been placed.

Please carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, colours and other information before purchasing.

An exception may be considered where you receive an incorrect or damaged product, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact Side Note Store within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A video showing the issue, where reasonably required
  • Any other information reasonably necessary to verify the issue

Once we review the request, we will advise you of the available resolution.

Claims raised after the 24-hour notification period may not be accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped using Shadowfax and/or another logistics partner where required.

Shadowfax provides courier and delivery services and supports shipment tracking by AWB or Order ID.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, weather, public holidays, peak shopping periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being reasonably available to receive their order.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact information, customer unavailability or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us.

Such an order will not automatically qualify for a refund or cancellation.

Any re-shipping, where offered, may be subject to additional delivery charges.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Side Note Store may offer discount codes, promotional offers or sale prices.

Promotional offers:

  • May be subject to specific conditions
  • May have expiry dates
  • Cannot normally be exchanged for cash
  • May not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise

Products purchased during promotions or sales remain subject to our All Sales Final policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Side Note Store website, including our logo, branding, product photographs, graphics, designs, text and website content, belongs to Side Note Store or is used with appropriate permission.

Such content may not be reproduced, copied, republished, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

  • Commit fraud
