Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Please include your order number along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.
Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery may not be eligible for assistance, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
